Insight Experience recently developed a series of custom business scenarios to help a global pharmaceutical company to communicate the roles, processes and relationships required for a new organization design to succeed. Embedded in a comprehensive change management and communication program for the organizational change, the scenarios are part of our workshop designed to bring the new structure to life. The scenarios provide a forum for employees to better understand how their activities and behaviors will change in the new structure by highlighting tensions and tradeoffs in decision making, resource allocation and information sharing.

The scenarios are facilitated by client leaders who reinforce the business case for making this major change. The business scenarios will prompt the development of specific action plans to accelerate the implementation and impact of the new global structure.
