Process

Insight Experience brings extensive consulting, change management, and simulation design expertise to our projects.   We use our simulation platform as the core architecture for our business simulations, but typically custom develop or tailor the business model, supporting materials and exercises to create a unique program for our client.  We structure our work in a series of rapid-cycle phases to ensure that we meet our client’s needs throughout our development process.  Our clients review and approve our work at the end of each development phase.

By the time we are ready to roll out the learning experience, it has been through a healthy set of check points, tests, and pilots so we and our client are assured of its success.
