Pamela Roller

Pamela Roller has worked in the business simulation industry since 1988. She has facilitated simulation and management education programs worldwide for Siemens, PG&E, IBM, Lafarge, CVS/pharmacy, United Technologies, Hewlett Packard and for executive education and business school programs at Duke University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, The University of North Carolina, and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).

Pamela has assisted in the design, development and delivery of a wide variety of simulations for companies, across many industries, including Chevron, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Ford Motor Company, GTE (Verizon), and Xerox.

Prior to Insight Experience, Pamela served as a Senior Project Manager for a custom simulation provider.

Pamela began her career at the North Carolina Biotechnology Center developing computer information systems to promote biotech education and economic development.

Pamela received a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
